Thai Stretch Therapy?

Thai Stretch Therapy — often called Thai yoga massage — is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world, originating over 2,500 years ago in the temples of Thailand. Unlike oil massage, this treatment is performed fully clothed and combines passive yoga-like stretching with rhythmic acupressure along the body's energy lines.

Your therapist uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to apply pressure and guide your body through a series of stretches. The result is a deep release of muscular tension, improved joint mobility and a profound sense of physical and mental lightness.
